Dye-sublimated shirts: Please contact claire@clairescreations.net within 2 weeks (14 days) of receiving your order if a return/exchange is needed. If a return is needed, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. I can exchange your purchase for a different size, if your purchase is in the original condition and shipping packaging.

Return the product to the mailing address on your invoice. Customer is required to pay for all shipping costs. Once we receive your return and inspect, we will notify you that we have received your return including approval or rejection of the return. Upon approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. If an exchange is required, your replacement order will be processed.
